1. This is a free to enter prize draw.

2. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

3. Entries can only be made in person on Saturday 6th April 2013 at Asfordby Doors Head Office between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

4. Strictly one entry per household. Multiple entries from the same person/household will result in all entries for that person/household automatically being void.

5. The prize is not transferrable i.e. only the entrant may claim the prize for the address provided.

6. The prize is only available to private individuals at private dwellings. It cannot be claimed for a commercial premises.

7. The prize will be supplied as a voucher from Asfordby Doors which is redeemable against a quotation that we will provide based on the winners preferences or requirements.

8. The winner will be announced on the website www.asfordbydoors.co.uk during week commencing 8th April 2013.

9. Following the announcement of the winner, the winner will allow us to carry out a site visit at a mutually convenient time and we will provide a quotation based on their preferences and requirements.  The voucher will be enclosed with the quotation for them to redeem by Friday 28 June 2013.

10. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

11. The prize does not require any cash purchase unless the quoted cost of any requested item exceeds the voucher value of £1,200.00 including VAT.

12. There will be no cash refund, credit note or otherwise of any difference between the value of the voucher and the quoted cost of the required item.

13. On-going service and maintenance is not included.

14. Standard warranty applies for all items.

15. The prize is offered in good faith and as no purchase or outlay is necessary, Asfordby Doors reserves the right to withdraw or alter the offer at any time if the winner's requirement is deemed unsuitable and will update this accordingly on the website. Any decisions made by Asfordby Doors are final.

16. Those entering the competition authorise Asfordby Doors to display their first name, surname and village or town of residence if chosen as a winner. We will display this information on our website and may display it in local newspapers or other promotional advertising.

17. The winner will be required to attend our Head Office / Showroom to have their photograph taken and allow us to display this on our website, in local newspapers or other promotional advertising.

18. We will not disclose full addresses or any other details of entrants anywhere. Other than the details previously stated in point 16, any remaining details will be treated in confidence and will not be passed on to any other company in accordance with the data protection act.

19. An electrically operated door will require a standard UK 3-pin electrical socket outlet within 1mtr of the door motor. This is not included within the prize.

20. Special offers are not to be used in conjunction with this prize draw.
