***IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS***

SUBJECT TO SITE SURVEY
This offer is subject to a site survey to determine if the door is suitable. The offer is therefore only valid after meeting the 4 bullet points above and after final confirmation from a site visit that the door is suitable. This is because the door and motor must be technically compatible to ensure the door and motor functions correctly and remains safe

LOCATION
The offer is only valid in Leicestershire and Rutland. The customer must have a Leicestershire postcode or be within the official boundaries of the county of Leicestershire or Rutland.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
The offer includes the operator, 2x handheld remote controls, the installation, programming and testing.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS
The operator comes from the manufacturer complete with a lead and plug and plug as standard (just like a fridge or washing machine) and this means a suitable standard household socket is required. Because the operator is aligned with the centre of the garage door and attached to the ceiling, then a socket is required on the ceiling in a specific location and no more than 1mtr from the door. If an existing operator is not already fitted then it may be that a new socket is required and this is NOT included in the price. We do not fit sockets ourselves but we will be able to recommend an electrician who will quote you directly to ensure you get the best price.

EMERGENCY OVERIDE
If you have an operator attached to your garage door then access need to be considered in the event of a power failure. If there is a power cut then you will need access into the garage. This can be either through an existing side entrance door or if this is not available, you will need an emergency overide. The emergency overide is not included in the cost.

LEAD TIMES
If you accept our offer price then you will not be entitled to ask for specific dates and times for installation. You must therefore make yourself available at a time and date to suit us Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm - we will of course do our best to accomodate but this is not guaranteed.

DEPOSIT
A standard 50% deposit is required on order and the balance is payable on completion.
